Meet Nikiita
Naturopath, Herbalist, Public Speaker, and Feminine Healing Coach
My Story
Health, herbs, and natural medicine have always been part of my world—I grew up with a Naturopath for an Auntie! But my passion for female hormones didn’t truly ignite until I experienced my own hormonal rollercoaster after stopping the contraceptive pill.
After six years on the pill since being a teenager, my body was in chaos. Anxiety, panic attacks that sent me to the hospital, heart palpitations, weight gain, brain fog, irregular cycles, a constant tight chest, bloating, zero libido, and—to top it off—a chronic headache that lasted nearly a year. Even simple things like socialising became overwhelming. I felt trapped in a body that wasn’t my own anymore.
Determined to heal, I threw myself into my studies, diving deep into female health and hormones. I refused to accept that this was my new normal. Eventually, I uncovered the root cause—severe imbalances in my sex hormones and cortisol, triggered by years of hormonal birth control.
Using everything I had learned, I applied a natural, root-cause approach to my own body. Slowly but surely, my symptoms disappeared, one by one.
Today, I live with balanced hormones, abundant energy, and a pain-free cycle that I actually love.
Now, it’s my mission to help other women reclaim their health, feel at home in their bodies, and experience true hormonal harmony—without the guesswork, frustration, or years of suffering.

My Mission
Throughout my journey of reclaiming my health, I noticed that there was such poor support and misguided information regarding women’s health. My heart breaks observing other women go through a similar distressing journey to myself in their search for answers about their health.
Women’s health is still one of the most neglected and outdated areas of health in the orthodox medical system!
To this day a woman’s menstrual cycle is still a taboo topic, leaving many women to suffer in silence.
It is my mission to open up the conversation around women’s health. I am passionate about changing the way we approach women’s health, and vow to empower and educate women in getting to know their own bodies – their birth right.
