Follow Up Consult

True, lasting results happen when we work together over time. Depending on your unique health concerns and history, we may work together for two to six months—focusing on real healing rather than just masking symptoms. Follow-up consultations provide the ongoing support, guidance, and adjustments needed to help you reach your health goals. Sessions are typically recommended every 3–6 weeks, tailored to your individual journey. I value lasting results and am here to support you every step of the way.
